Taylor Swift is such a style icon because she has a really specific style. It's cute and feminine, a little bit southern and just all round great (good job at describing style Shannon, you should work for Vogue). The look I've chosen is one of Taylor's more casual looks but the thing about her is that she never looks too casual, it's always super classy. Look how much the people in the background are appreciating her outfit.

This would be a simple look to recreate for everyday wear. The colour palette is optional and because of that most people will own a shirt and jeans to make an outfit that is similar. The brogue shoes are a good look but I would personally prefer to wear a flat pair with this look because I'm not a super celebrity like Taylor who can get away with wearing heels on an everyday basis. I also think this look would be super chic if it was monochrome.
